This work begins with a WLM consultant working with stakeholders to
clearly articulate and understand the objectives, scope, budget, desired
timeframe, and success criteria for anticipated project. Following this initial phase, the WLM consultant serves as the Project Manager for the duration of the project.
A successfully completed project that meets the quality, timeframe, and budgetary expectations of the client.
